WAMEX Private Equity announces second investment for fund MIF II

(WAMEX) December 15, 2010 – WAMEX Private Equity announced a minority equity investment in Health Data Systems S.A.P.I de C.V., a leading Mexican healthcare company. This is the second investment for MIF II, a vehicle for institutional investors focused in privately arranged transactions in mid-sized companies in Mexico.
Health Data Systems is a specialized services company providing business process consultancy and technology integration to healthcare providers. It serves institutions in Mexico and South America.
WAMEX Private Equity was founded in 1999 and manages growth-equity funds MIF I and MIF II.
