Victoria Capital Seeks $550 Million for New South American Fund (em português)

Victoria Capital Partners has met with investors to raise its third fund. The company intends to raise $ 550 million.
(Valor Econômico) Victoria Capital Partners is seeking more than $500 million for a new South American private-equity fund, as it continues to rebuild its Brazilian team after a spinoff late last year, said people familiar with the matter.
The private-equity firm is targeting about $550 million for Victoria South American Partners III LP and expects to hold a first closing of the fund by early September, one of the people said.
