The Carlyle Group has signed a MOU with SPX Capital. The local operations and some team members of The Carlyle Group will be transferred to SPX. Under the agreement, Carlyle will continue as the GP of the Carlyle South America Buyout Fund, but it will have a consultancy agreement with SPX.
