Gabriel Felzenszwalb

Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity at Vinci Compass, Gabriel has extensive experience in corporate governance, serving on the Board of Directors of several Vinci portfolio companies, including Burger King, Unidas, and Cecrisa. He is currently a board member of Austral, CBO, CVLB, Vero, Agibank, Farmax, Vissimo, and Viv. He joined the Private Equity group at UBS Pactual Alternative Investment Management in 2007. Between 2008 and 2010, he worked at Inbrands, where he held the positions of CEO and CFO. Prior to that, he gained experience as an analyst in the Venture Capital division of Banco BBM, a business consultant at McKinsey & Co., M&A Manager at Vivo, and Associate at GP Investimentos. Gabriel holds a degree in Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
