Tania is the Head of CPP Investments’ São Paulo office, joining the firm in 2017 after leading Private Equity investments in Brazil at Capital Group and holding senior roles across Investment Banking, Research and Private Banking at Itaú Unibanco, as well as earlier experience as a financial analyst at J.P. Morgan. She holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo and currently serves on the Boards of Equatorial Energia, Totvs, OSESP and WCD Brazil (WomenCorporateDirectors).
