Executive Director with more than 35 years of experience in Development Banking. During her career she has held more than twelve positions in different areas of Nacional Financiera and BANCOMEXT.
Graduate in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, specializing in Banking and Credit, and studies in Senior Management from the Pan-American Institute of Senior Business Management (IPADE).
In her most recent position as Deputy General Manager of Corporate Banking at BANCOMEXT, she was in charge of structuring loans and investment projects linked to the financing of exports and strategic sectors, promoting the integration of global value chains.
Rebeca also collaborated in the development of SARAS & UGAS (Environmental and Social Risk Management Unit) the ESG areas at NAFIN for the responsible monitoring of compliance with established environmental and social criteria.
She has participated in various boards and currently stands out as a Director of AMEXCAP, President of the ESG Committee and Director of the Private Credit Committee.
