She has led the development of new funds and has spearheaded the gender lens investing and impact management strategies across Deetken funds. Magali is an active IC member who ensures that gender, social and environmental considerations are integrated into investment decisions, and leads her team in pipeline origination efforts across various sectors and countries aligning to our impact objectives. Magali has also led the design and implementation of technical assistance programs that have supported Deetken’s investment strategy and amplified the positive impact of its portfolio.
