Leila has been a partner at Gera Capital since 2012, focusing on the education and healthcare sectors. She is currently Chairman of the Board at Edify Education, a member of the Board at Eleva Educação and a member of Positive Ventures investment committee. She began her career at Gavea Investimentos as a Macro Research analyst. She also acted as a consulting visitor at Brilliant, a Silicon Valley education company invested by Social Capital. She has an Economics bachelor’s degree from PUC-Rio and is a Harvard Business School alumni through PLD 2017.
