Her career evolved from law (both in a law firm and as Head of Legal) to co-founding a bank in Mexico (AccendoBank), where she also led operations, technology, HR, and organizational development. This experience positioned her as a pioneer in the Fintech ecosystem, a space she is passionate about and firmly believes represents the future of financial services. In Mexico, she advised startups and served as the Director of Finnovista’s office. Now back in Spain, she is the Portfolio Director at Kalonia Venture Partners, a Spanish VC that invests in B2B fintech startups looking to scale into Latin America, particularly Mexico.
