Frances Fukuda joined Warburg Pincus in 2012, focusing on investments in several sectors, including retail, consumer, healthcare, education, logistics, and services. Since 2019, Frances leads the Value Creation initiatives for portfolio companies in Latin America. She served as a Board Member of Petz and Sequoia Logística and as a Member of the Executive Committee of Camil Alimentos, and Grupo Salta Educação. Currently, she is a Member of the Board of Directors of Superlogica Tecnologias and Scanntech, and a Member of the Executive Committees of Vero, Blip, and Sólides. She is also President of the Board of Directors of Orizon Institute and a Board Member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD). Previously, Frances worked at AmBev/ABInBev in several areas. She received a BS in Business with honors from Insper and an MBA from the Wharton Business School.
