Frances Fukuda is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm focused on growth investing. Established 60 years ago, Warburg Pincus has invested more than $120 billion in over 1,000 companies in more than 40 countries.
Frances joined the firm in 2012, focusing on investments in several sectors, including Retail, Consumer, Healthcare, Education, Services and Technology. Since 2019, Frances also leads the Value Creation Initiatives for portfolio companies in Latin America.
She served as a board member of Petz and Sequoia Logística and as a member of Executive Committee of Camil Alimentos, Grupo Salta Educação and Vero. Currently she is a member of the Board of Directors of Superlogica Tecnologias, Scanntech and Solides, and member of Executive Committees of Blip, Alper and Matera. She is also president of the Board of Directors of Orizon Institute and board member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD).
Previously, Frances worked at AmBev/ABInBev in several areas. She received a BS in Business with honors from Insper and an MBA from the Wharton Business School.
