Elizabeth is a Partner at EWA Capital and has more than nine years of experience in fund management and early-stage investing. Prior to EWA, she was a Partner at AVP Ventures, where she built a portfolio of 17 early-stage investments across Latin America focused on financial inclusion, education, SME solutions, and talent, with 59% women founders and three exits to date. For the past six years, she has led the WeXchange Women STEMpreneurs Competition, an initiative of IDB Lab. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Board of PECAP, the Peruvian Seed and Early-Stage Investment Association, and is currently the WeInvest ambassador in Peru.
