Daniela Pacheco

Daniela Pacheco has over 15 years of experience working with and investing in high-impact entrepreneurs across Latin America. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from Babson College, a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from USC, and completed a UX Design course at General Assembly. Daniela began her career in the startup ecosystem in New York City and later joined Endeavor Colombia, leading search and selection in health, agriculture, and education. She has worked with family offices designing successful venture capital strategies, and at TValley she managed portfolios and investor relations to drive innovation and impact. Daniela is currently Managing Partner at New Ventures Capital, where she structures and launches thematic funds to tackle social and environmental challenges. She is a pioneer in women’s health investments in the region through initiatives like Empodera and Health Heroes, and leads the Next Gen Wellbeing Latam Fund, investing in tech startups that break down barriers for the next generation in LatAm.
