Ana is a Partner at Atlantico, leading venture capital investments in Latin America. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in finance, with experiences on the investment banking team at BTG Pactual and on the growth equity team at Invus Opportunities in New York. Ana’s earliest exposure to venture capital was at Pear VC in Silicon Valley, where she was a Venture Fellow and started Pear’s first LatAm Entrepreneurs Circle. Ana has been actively involved in advancing women’s causes and bringing innovation to Brazil — she was a Senior Vice President and is an active alumnus of Stanford Women in Business and co-founded the nonprofit Brazil at Silicon Valley. Ana graduated from Stanford University in Political Science with a minor in Management, Science and Engineering.
