She brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, finance, and operations across Latin America and global markets. Adriana has built a strong reputation for her strategic and financial valuation expertise, risk assessment capabilities, and the execution of complex due diligence and investment processes.

Since launching Kans Capital, Adriana has successfully raised over $580 million USD from institutional investors and led the efficient deployment of capital into a robust and diversified portfolio. Under her leadership, the firm has invested in high-quality assets across sectors such as hospitality, structured credit, infrastructure, and consumer services in both Mexico and the U.S., delivering long-term value and resilience.

She began her career at UBS and went on to join Scotiabank and Morgan Stanley Investment Banking, gaining deep exposure to global markets and financial institutions. She later served as CFO and Head of Strategy at a prominent family office, where she led M&A transactions, capital raises, and corporate restructurings. Her track record includes infrastructure projects (PPPs), financial services ventures, and early-stage investments in mining and aviation.

Adriana holds a degree in Economics from ITAM, one of the most prestigious universities in Mexico, and a certification in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online.
