Abigail Napsuciale is the Co-founder and Head of Investments at Atta Impact Capital, where she leads early-stage investments in high-impact companies through innovative blended finance approaches. She is one of the youngest fund managers in Latin America, with a multi-hyphenate background in science, business, marketing, and digital transformation.
She serves on the Board of Directors of CAPCA, the regional association of investors from Central America and the Caribbean, and her work has been featured in global policy forums, including the G20. Before founding Atta, Abigail launched the Kirchner Impact Foundation’s national program in Costa Rica and co-authored the country’s first bioeconomy business report.
