PC Capital Announces Initial Close of its Second Fund

Mexican private equity firm PC Capital announced an initial close of its private equity fund PC Capital Development Fund II. The fund will invest in Latin American companies through equity or subordinated debt primarily in the financial services, consumer goods and services, and sustainability industries. The fund’s limited partners include the International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank Group, Mexico’s Fondo de Fondos, and PineBridge Investments, among others.
(Press Release) Following the success of its Mexico Development I fund, PC Capital, a Mexican private equity firm specializing in growth equity investments in Latin America, announced today the initial close of its private equity fund PC Capital Development Fund II, L.P. The fund will invest in Latin American companies through equity or subordinated debt in companies operating primarily in the financial services, consumer goods and services, and sustainability industries.
The fund’s Limited Partners include some of the region’s leading institutional private equity investors including the International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank Group, Mexico’s Fondo de Fondos, and PineBridge Investments, among others.
