Pátria Investimentos, Shell & Mitsubishi Invest US$700m in Brazilian Thermal Power Plant Project (em português)

Brazil’s Pátria Investimentos will create a joint venture with Shell and Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems to build the Marlin Azul thermal power plant. Pátria will have 50.1% stake of the venture.
(Valor Econômico) Pátria Investimentos, Shell e a Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MHPS) formalizaram, nesta segunda-feira (11), a constituição de uma joint venture para a construção e operação da termelétrica a gás Marlim Azul, em Macaé (RJ). Ao todo, serão investidos US$ 700 milhões para construir a usina.
