Nexus Group, via its NG Capital Partners II fund, has agreed to acquire the remaining 20% stake of lottery and sports betting company Intralot de Peru from Intralot Greece. 

(Press Release) NG Capital Partners II, through its wholly owned subsidiary NG Entertainment, has reached an agreement to acquire from Intralot Greece the remaining 20% stake of Intralot de Peru. Closing of the transaction, which will be fully financed with debt, is expected to happen by the end of February.

Intralot de Peru is the leading lottery and sports betting company in Peru with gross income in 2020 of approximately 1 billion soles. Its product portfolio includes several lottery brands and products such as Tinka, Kabala, Gana Diario, and sports betting products such as “Te Apuesto” (FOB) and “Ganagol”. The SPA signed today secures 3 additional years of the B2B technology contract between the parties.
