Mubadala Acquires Control of Rota das Bandeiras for R$2b (em português)

Mubadala Investment Company has acquired Farallon Capital Management’s interest in Brazil-based highway concession Rota das Bandeiras for R$2b (approximately US$376m), becoming the company’s sole controller. The concession operates nearly 300 kilometers of highways in São Paulo.
(Valor Econômico) O fundo soberano Mubadala, de Abu Dhabi, adquiriu a participação da gestora de recursos Farallon na rodovia Rota das Bandeiras por cerca de R$ 2 bilhões, apurou o Valor. Com isso, passou a ser o único controlador da empresa, que opera quase 300 quilômetros de concessão rodoviária no interior de São Paulo.
