LIV Capital Invests in Centro

( LIV Capital, the Mexico City-based growth equity and venture capital investor, announced today that it has acquired a minority interest in Holding Universidad Centro S.A.P.I. de C.V., a leading institution for higher education focused on creative studies. LIV Capital is partnering with a highly experienced group of shareholders and a skillful management team led by Kerstin Scheuch to drive the Company’s growth.

Centro has prepared generations of talented and successful creative professionals by mixing theoretical and practical content into its undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs. Since its inception in 2004, Centro has established a strong identity across the Mexican education landscape positioning itself among the best creative studies institutions in Mexico.
