KKR Acquires Wireless Communication Towers from Colombia’s Tigo

KKR acquired ~1,100 wireless communications towers from Tigo Colombia, a subsidiary of telco services provider Millicom. KKR will lease the communication tower assets back to Tigo Colombia post-close.
