Kinea Investimentos Agrees to Acquire 48% Stake in Brazilian Quartier (en español)

Kinea Investimentos, through its fund Kinea Private Equity IV Master Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia, acquires 48.06% in Quartier Participações , for an undisclosed amount. The funds will be used to purchase shares in Artmed Panamericana, an education company.
