HSI Acquires Two Properties from Business Executive Michael Klein for Combined R$250m (em português)

Real Estate Investment firm Hemisfério Sul Investimentos has purchased a commercial building in Barueri and a shopping mall in Campinas from business executive Michael Klein for a combined cost of R$250m. Negotiations are continuing between the two parties on the sale of further commercial real estate assets owned by Mr. Klein.
(Valor Econômico) O empresário Michael Klein, acionista da Via Varejo (dona das redes Casas Bahia e Ponto Frio), vendeu um edifício comercial e uma loja de um shopping center nas últimas semanas, apurou o Valor. Ainda há uma negociação com a gestora HSI para que ele se desfaça de suas lojas da rede C&A em ruas e em shoppings.
