E.bricks Ventures Invests R$40m in Acesso Digital

e.bricks Ventures invested R$40m in Acesso Digital, a Brazilian digital identity and facial recognition company. This is the company’s first disclosed financing.
(Valor Econômico) Acesso Digital has self-financed its growth for the last 11 years. Now, the Brazilian purveyor of electronic identity and facial recognition services – a set of still incipient but fast-growing technologies – will receive its first external investment. The R$40 million check is one of the largest ever signed by venture capital firm e.Bricks Ventures, of Pedro Sirotsky Melzer.
