Investment firms Coliseu and Taurus agreed to sell their stake in Brazilian power transmission company Taesa to Colombia’s Interconexión Eléctrica SA for R$1b.
(Valor Econômico) A Taesa informou que os fundos de investimento Coliseu e Taurus chegaram a um acordo para vender a totalidade de suas participações na empresa vinculadas ao bloco de controle para a holding estatal colombiana Interconexión Eléctrica, pelo valor de R$1b.
