(Valor Econômico) CAF is in advanced talks with the Brazilian government to launch a US$5bn infrastructure fund in 1H2016. This new fund would be capitalized by international institutional investors and would follow a similar model to the one CAF is using in Colombia to raise a US$1bn senior debt fund in partnership with the Ashmore Group.
