(Valor) BTG Pactual agreed to invest in Brazil-based agtech Aliare and edtech Gran Cursos Online through its impacting investing fund. The investment commitments together represent 43% of the corpus of the fund, which reached a BRL542m (~USD109m) final close in July 2021.
