Brazil’s Alothon Group-backed Unity is Acquired by Oncoclinicas Do Brazil Servicos Medicos for ~USD220m

(Alothon Group | Nasdaq) Alothon Group’s Brazil-based oncology platform Unity was acquired by Brazil-listed Oncoclinicas Do Brazil Servicos Medicos for a reported BRL1.17b (~USD220m) in a cash and stock deal. Alothon Fund III first invested in Unity in August 2018, and the platform completed 12 acquisitions between 2018 and 2021.
