Blackstone Sells Green Office building in São Paulo (en español)

JS Real Estate Multigestão FII paid R$253.8m to acquire 100% of Blackstone’s BRE Ponte II Empreendimentos e Participações S.A., a special purpose vehicle that owned a 64.3% stake in WTorre Nações Unidas Torre III, a green office building in São Paulo.
(LexLatin) Stocche Forbes Advogados y Pinheiro Neto Advogados intervinieron en la adquisición de 100 % de las acciones de BRE Ponte II Empreendimentos e Participações S.A., por parte de JS Real Estate Multigestão FII. La compra tuvo un valor de BRL 253,8 millones (USD 80.150.040 al 19 de octubre).
