Automony Reduces Participation in BrasilAgro (em português)

Private equity firm Automony reduced its stake in Brazilian agriculture company BrasilAgro from 12.32% to 9.08%.
(Valor Econômico) O fundo de private equity Autonomy reduziu sua participação acionária na BrasilAgro, companhia focada no desenvolvimento de terras agrícolas, de 12,32% para 9,08%, conforme comunicado ao mercado enviado ontem à Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM). Agora, a Autonomy passa a deter 5.165.200 ações da companhia brasileira.
