Infraestructura Brasil Holding 21, a Brazil-based infrastructure holding controlled by Patria Investimentos, won an auction to partially manage the highway road system in the State of Paraná. The roads auctioned had been without concessionaires for more than a year.

Penta acquired a 50% stake in Infraestructura Interportuaria Central from BTG Pactual through its fund Penta Las Americas Infraestructura Cinco for ~USD50m.

EQT Growth led a USD85m Series F for Gympass, a Brazil-based B2B gym membership platform with global operations, with participation from Neuberger Berman. Gympass raised a USD220m Series E at a USD2.2b valuation in June 2021.

NAZCA and IDB Invest led a USD15.5m Series A for Wonder Brands, a Mexico- and Argentina-based e-commerce aggregator looking to acquire independent brands selling in platforms such as Amazon and Mercado Libre, with participation from CoVenture, SilverCircle, Korify Capital, Infinitas Capital and GBM Mexico.

IG4 Capital’s Private Equity Special Opportunities Fund II exited Opy Health, a Brazil-based operator of infrastructure and support service to hospitals, through a sale to BTG Pactual. IG4 will retain ongoing management over Opy.

LatAm Logistics Properties, an industrial real estate firm backed by Jaguar Growth, agreed to list in the US via a SPAC merger with Two, valuing the combined unit at USD578m.
