Australis to Acquire Stake in Grupo Disal’s Inversiones Ambientales

Australis Partners Fund has entered into an agreement with Grupo Disal to acquire 67% of Inversiones Ambientales and Inversiones Emergencias.
(Press Release) Australis Partners Fund L.P. (“Australis Partners”) has entered into a definitive agreement with the founders of Grupo Disal to acquire 67% of the shares of Inversiones Ambientales S.A. and Inversiones Emergencias S.A. (“Disal” or the “Company”). The transaction contemplates a combination of secondary shares as well as an equity infusion. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close within second quarter 2017.
Disal is a leading player with 40-year presence in the environmental services industry with focus on sanitization services (portable toilets) and waste management in the industrial sector in Chile, Peru and Paraguay.
The Company also provides emergency services and industrial safety training through its subsidiary Suatrans Chile S.A. as well as industrial cleaning services and pest control to corporate clients through its subsidiary Ingeclean S.A.
