Altor Acquires Bain Capital’s Stake in Chile’s Nova Austral

(IntraFish) Altor, through its Altor Fund III, increased its stake in Chile-based salmon farmer and processor Nova Austral, providing an exit for Bain Capital. Altor and Bain acquired Nova Austral in October 2014.
