Advent To Acquire 65% Stake in Mexico’s NEORIS

(Neoris) Advent International agreed to acquire a 65% stake in Argentina-founded, U.S.-based IT consulting company NEORIS from its Mexico-listed parent companyCEMEX for an undisclosed amount. CEMEX will retain a 35% stake.
