Weston Presidio and TPG Growth Fully Exit Azul Airline (en español)

U.S. PE firms Weston Presidio and TPG Growth have fully exited Brazilian airline Azul through a global offering of preferred shares on the New York and São Paulo Stock Exchanges.
(LexLatin) Un grupo de accionistas de la línea aérea brasileña Azul realizó una oferta global de 44.693.203 acciones preferentes que representan 14,07 % del capital de la empresa y cuyo valor estimado es de BRL 1.249.621.956, equivalentes a aproximadamente USD 398,4 millones al 22 de septiembre de 2017. Estas acciones se cotizarán en las bolsas de valores de São Paulo y Nueva York.
