Wamex Private Equity Announces Investment in Ecofrío

WAMEX Private Equity has announced an investment in Mexican third party food and beverage logistics firm Ecofrío.
(Press Release) Mexico City based WAMEX Private Equity announces the first investment of its third growth equity fund M-III in Ecofrío, S.A.P.I. de C.V (Ecofrío), co-investment with SG Investments.
Ecofrío is a Mexican company that offers solutions to Food and Beverages clients in the management of integrated logistics services ‘3PL’ (Third Party Logistics), specializing in cold storage, providing efficient operational processes, as well as a culture of innovation to render the highest levels of customer service.
Ecofrío has operations in Mexico City and plans to build additional cold storage facilities in the republic allowing its clients to optimize operations and costs with world-class technology that ensures quality.
