Vinci Shopping Centers Raises R$480m Via Brazilian Stock Exchange (em português)

Vinci Shopping Centers Real Estate Investment fund, administered by Vinci Partners raised R$480m via an offering on the Brazilian stock exchange.
(Money Times) A Vinci Partners divulgou ao mercado o resultado final de alocação da sexta emissão de cotas do fundo imobiliário Vinci Shopping Centers (VISC11).
Segundo a administradora, foram alocadas cerca de 3,94 milhões de cotas – equivalentes a R$ 480 milhões.
A XP Investimentos atuou como coordenadora líder da operação.
