Promotora, the leading Venture Capital Fund in Colombia, is pleased to announce that it has divested from another of its portfolio companies, Easy Solutions, the only security vendor focused on Total Fraud Protection®, selling its stake of ownership to Medina Capital Partners who also invested in Series B equity to help the company launch its sales and marketing efforts.

Easy Solutions is Promotora´s first exit in the Information Technology Industry, and the second for its Venture Capital Fund, that still has four companies on its portfolio.
