Renata Quintini is a venture capitalist, futurist, and co-founder of Renegade Partners. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in backing technical founders finding early traction in AI & ML, Fintech, Vertical SaaS, Infrastructure, and Consumer Technology. Renata has a track record backing transformative companies and her investments include Air Space Intelligence, Copia Automation, Dollar Shave Club (acquired by Unilever), Warby Parker (NYSE:WRBY), Planet (NYSE:PL) and Cruise Automation (acquired by GM).
Before becoming a venture capitalist, Renata helped manage Stanford University’s endowment, investing in both private equity and venture capital funds. She serves as a Board Member of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), a Trustee at both the Stanford Athletics Department Venture Fund and the Stanford Law School Venture Fund, and a Founding Member of All Raise. She earned her MBA and LL.M (Master of Law in Law, Science, and Technology) degrees from Stanford University, and her JD law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Renata is also a three-time state karate champion, Jazz guitar player, tennis obsessed and Brazilian immigrant.
