Rafaela is an experienced startup operator turned investor with a diverse background including years serving the Brazilian Air Force and a decade in the financial services industry. After her MBA at Wharton and having worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, she joined QuintoAndar as CFO and helped scale the business from 3,000 to 100,000 customers, designing a proprietary rental insurance solution and fintech ad-on products while supporting +USD300m fundraising from its Series B up to post Series D stage.
