Marta Cruz is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of NXTP Ventures, an investment fund for B2B startups focused on Latin America. From his two funds, he has invested in more than 200 technology-based startups that positively impact the region. She is the founder & president of the Women Entrepreneurs community, EmprendedoraLAC, and Co-founder and President of WeInvest, the community of women investors focused on Latin America and the Caribbean. In addition, she is a member of the board at WeXchange, an IDB Lab initiative, and is an active member of UN Women. She was the first president of ARCAP, the Argentinean Private Equity, and Seed Capital Association, and served as an Executive in the German company Siemens. She was a senior consultant for PENUD, the United Nations Development Program, and the LatAm Regional Director at McCann Erickson, Interpublic Group. She was the advisor for the design development of the Innovation Park of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and today she is its ambassador.
