Co-founder & General Partner of NXTP, an investment fund focused on B2B startups in Latin America. Through her three funds, NXTP, invested in over 230 technology-based startups that positively impact the region. She is also the co-founder and president of the Women Entrepreneurs community, EmprendedoraLAC, and co-founder of WeInvest, a community of women investors focused on Latin America and the Caribbean. Additionally, she is an active member of UN Women.

Previously, she served as the first president of ARCAP, the Argentinean Private Equity and Seed Capital Association, and held executive positions at Siemens. She was a senior consultant for PENUD, the United Nations Development Program, and served as the LatAm Regional Director at McCann Erickson, Interpublic Group. She also played a key role in the design and development of the Innovation Park in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and currently acts as its ambassador.
