Macarena has been working with entrepreneurs for more than ten years as a mentor, investor, and board member. She led ChileGlobal Ventures’ Accelerator (named the top accelerator in Chile in 2020), in which she managed a USD2.5M seed fund and supported more than 45 Early-Stage startups and four exits. Prior experience in MELI’s fintech Mercado Pago, the leading payments and e-commerce platform of Latin America. Macarena is currently a General Partner in Driven VC and an active member of several women investor networks, such as WeInvest and Global Women in VC.
