Laura Mello de Andrea Constantini

NidoVC, Partner & Co-Founder

I am one of the first female VC investors in Latin America with over 16 years of experience in the sector and co-founded Astella Investimentos. My approach combines strategic vision and impact, and I have developed my investment theses in Ecosystems, Growth Stage and the “Right to Win” of scaleups. The combination of these premises creates a structured strategy and a differentiated way of investing. I am a Kauffman Fellow (class 23), a board member of Endeavor Brazil, a board member of Insper’s Innovation Hub and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Stanford University with the School of Education and Lemman Center. I am proud to invest in and serve the board of startups such as Cayena, Croct, Traive, Estoca, Jota, Destaxa, TáOn and Trevo Saúde.
