Lara Lemann is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MAYA Capital, a leading early-stage venture capital firm focused on Latin America. MAYA is sector agnostic, regionally focused and takes a hands-on approach to help portfolio companies grow. Since 2018, they have raised three funds to invest in exceptional teams, building scalable tech solutions in massive markets. Lara is actively involved in portfolio strategy, fundraising, and governance, and has served on the boards of several startups and foundations. Prior to founding MAYA, she worked across both the public and private sectors in Brazil. She is Brazilian and Swiss and holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
