Jazmín Gustale Gill is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of iThink VC, a venture fund backing pre seed and seed stage technology companies in LATAM with a special focus on frontier ecosystems. Passionate about impact and the potential of disruptive technologies to transform the region and accelerate sustainable development, she has a breadth of experience working in the innovation, policy, and impact space. An economist and lawyer by training, she previously led the National Innovation Unit at the Office of the President and served as a Vice Minister of Planning and Economic Development of Paraguay.
Jazmin holds a Master in Macroeconomic and Finance from Barcelona School of Economics and a Master in Management & Social Innovation from Stanford University. Jazmin was named an Eisenhower Fellow in 2019, was recognized as an International Leader by the United Kindgom’s Government (2018) and as an Outstanding Young Leader in the Public Affairs category by JCI (2020).
