Beatriz is the Founding and Managing Partner of Seaya, a leading European and Latin American Venture Capital platform, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Mexico City. Seaya currently manages over €650 million across five  venture funds. Beatriz is also an independent board member at Endeavor Spain and Idealista. Before founding Seaya in 2013 Beatriz worked in Morgan Stanley in London and two mid market Private Equity firms, Excel Partners in Spain and Darby Overseas‘s investments in the U.S. She then worked for Telefonica’s Pension fund leading it’s alternative assets program joining ILPA’s Board of Directors. Beatriz holds a Finance degree from CUNEF University  and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
