Anna Raptis has more than 20 years of experience as an investor. She leads Amplifica Capital, the first female-focused VC fund in Latin America. Founded by Anna in 2020, the VC firm supports investments that generate excellent returns and a positive impact on the lives of women. So far, the VC has funded 19 startups in the LATAM region and created initiatives to help women enter the world of entrepreneurship, such as the Pitch Practice sessions.

Anna is also a founding member and former President of “Mujeres Invirtiendo”, an organization that aims to support and increase the participation of women in private capital in Mexico.
