MidStage Ventures is a company builder focused on early stage companies, either tangible product or apps/software/systems/ecommerces. Its process is comprised of 6 steps in 2 stages. In the first first, MidStage Ventures makes sure the product has a steady flow from idea to validation, through a pre operation process. After the companies reach the operation stage, it will invest cash, if needed. The amount will depend on needs and interests of both parties. MidStage is not obligated to invest, but will invest, co invest or find investor as the startups reach this stage.
