Open capital: OTPP lowers stake in OGX

(DealWatch) September 6, 2010 – The Teachers Pension Act of Ontario (OTPP) said Friday that it has reduced its stake in Brazilian oil and gas company OGX Petróleo e Gás Participações to 4.77% (154,165,400 common shares).
OTPP affirmed that its stake in OGX is for investment purposes only and that it has no plans to alter or influence the company’s control and stock profile. OTPP does not own any debentures convertible into OGX shares.
