NXTP Labs, ArFintech, and Rosental Inversores made a US$1.1m investment in Alquilando, an Argentine proptech platform for residential rentals. Buenos Aires seed fund Troopa and Alpha4Ventures invested previously. CEO Mauro Ayala founded Alquilando in 2017.

• Alquilando was founded in 2017 by Mauro Ayala, former Founder, and CEO at PsicoFXP. NXTP, Troopa, Alpha4Ventures are also investor from the previous round.
• Alquilando was awarded by SeedStars Argentina competition in 2017, BBVA Open Talent Argentina in 2018 and Forbes 30 Promises Argentina this month.
